A free browser extension that merges 15 pages of Amazon results into one list, sorts them best-rated first, and removes every sponsored listing.
★ 5.0 on the Chrome Web Store · works on 23 Amazon marketplaces · no account, no tracking
Amazon's default sort is "Featured", which blends paid placement with relevance. The closest thing to a quality sort, Avg. Customer Review, ignores how many reviews sit behind a rating - so a 5.0★ product with three reviews outranks a 4.7★ product with fifty thousand.
Meanwhile a typical results page is roughly a third sponsored content: sponsored listings, brand carousels, video ad rows and "Shop the brand" blocks.
Free, no account, no sign-up. Turn it on, search Amazon, and the results sort themselves.
Add to Chrome - freeThe whole method is published, because a ranking you can't inspect isn't worth trusting.
Each product's star rating is blended with a neutral 4.2★ baseline weighted at 150 reviews - a Bayesian average. A 4.9★ with 1,500 reviews keeps almost its full 4.9. A 5.0★ with 12 reviews gets pulled down toward 4.26. That's why unproven "perfect" products don't automatically win.
More ratings mean more certainty. Counted on a log scale, so 10,000 reviews isn't a hundred times better than 100 - just meaningfully better. Worth up to 6 points.
Amazon's "bought in past month" figure, also log-scaled, worth up to 4 points.
A near-perfect rating with under 100 reviews gets a visible note. Neutral statistical observations - a short review history means less certainty, nothing more.
Price is shown as context only. It has no term in the formula, so nothing ranks higher for costing more or paying a bigger commission.

SortPicks collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, nothing sent to any server. The extension reads the Amazon page you're already on and, when Smart Sort is enabled, fetches further result pages from that same Amazon site using your existing session. Settings live in your browser's own extension storage.
The top-picks page receives your results in the URL's #fragment, which browsers never transmit to a server - the ranking is computed in your browser there too.
Install the extension, search on Amazon, open it and tick "Smart Sort". Results re-sort highest-rated first, weighted by how many reviews support each rating.
Tick "Hide Sponsored Ads". It removes sponsored listings and the ad blocks around them on every Amazon marketplace.
Because a rating is only as good as the reviews behind it. A 5.0★ with 12 reviews is weaker evidence than a 4.8★ with 12,000, and the ranking reflects that.
About 20-35 seconds to gather 15 pages. A progress bar shows where it is, and the list re-sorts itself when it finishes.
Yes. No paid tier, no account, no trial.
Install it once and every Amazon search you run comes back sorted by what people actually rate highest.
